Do I need to wash my hair before my head spa appointment?No need! Our Head Spa Service includes professional scalp and hair cleansing.

Do I need to detangle my hair before my appointment?Yes, we kindly ask that you detangle your hair prior to arriving for your appointment. Our Head Spa service is scheduled for a set duration, and excessive tangles or matting can significantly reduce the time available for your treatment. In some cases, if the hair is severely matted, we may not be able to proceed with the service.

Can I get a Head Spa with braids, locks, hair extensions, sew-ins, bonded tracks, wigs, or twists?Unfortunately, these styles limit access to the scalp and make it difficult to properly perform the cleansing, exfoliation, and massage techniques involved in Head Spa treatments. For the best result and to protect the integrity of your style, we require that hair is loose, detangled, and free from extensions or protective styles prior to service. If you are unsure if your current style is suitable, feel free to contact us before booking.

Do you use organic products?Yes! We use professional grade, organic and natural products made with clean, non-toxic ingredients - many of which are sustainably sourced from Italy. Our selections are carefully chosen to support scalp and hair without compromising quality.

Do you dry and style my hair after the session?Our 90-minute Head Spa Service is designed to nourish your scalp and hair while helping you relax. it is not a hair styling session, but we offer a rough blow dry or towel dry so your hair isn't wet when you leave. We recommend bringing any hair accessories you may need to tie or style your hair afterward.

Is this service suitable for everyone?This service is suitable for most people; however, there are some medical conditions which may be problematic for this service and may require a doctors note or authorization.
